first haircut

Jack's first haircut, back at the end of September. You can see he needed it in the first picture. He did well and Lolo always does a great job and is so sweet and patient. She followed him climbing in and out of the chair. He didn't like the cape, so that was off immediately. But he stayed pretty still. The last 2 pictures show the results. Now we go, and he climbs up in the regular adult chair ready for his haircut. He loves it.

It's been awhile...

Well, life sure has been busy and we haven't had a chance to post much, but hopefully, in the next few weeks, you will be updated from November on. Ha ha. In the meantime, I've been trying to figure out how to post video... it seems to have changed and that's what stopped the posting in the first place. We have some funny videos to share. Here is an excerpt from Emma's bedtime prayer last night:

"God, thank you, thank you, thank you, for my little brother. He is sooo special. I love him sooo much. And please be with Ronald McDonalds. And help us go to Dairy Queen more often. In Jesus name, amen."

And Jack loves to remind us to pray before meals by holding out his hands and saying, "uh"or something about as annunciated. But he does say, "Amen" at the end. So sweet.
