It was my 35th birthday in November when I started this post. I thought it would be fun to list out 35 answered prayers/blessings I could think of over the past year. We've had so much to be thankful for.

35 answered prayers/blessings

1. safe travels to TX
2. safe delivery of baby
3. no pain to speak of until 8 cm during childbirth
4. new friends to run with
5. new friends to craft with
6. new friends to do Bible study with & Ryan helping lead a new small group ministry
7. place to serve - Logos - an intergenerational program at our church
8. transition to 3 kids, new home, new job, new place - all going well
9. support of family
10. healing of friends
11. focus on nuclear family
12. providence - tight on money - checks appear, discounts, gift cards, free ink, free balloons, free, free, free things! (never happened before)
13. friends for daughter
14. friends for son
15. pool maintenance - no big leaks
16. safe airplane travels for Ryan for work
17. growing love among family members
18. knowing God is with us
19. knowing God is with our friends and family
20. wonderful position for Ryan that he loves
21. praying with and for friends
22. learning to parent better
23. focusing on what matters in life
24. the little things - really wanted chocolate, but didn't want to spend the money - next day, giant king size chocolate bar as thank you gift + winning door prize = hershey kisses
25. the little things - Emma upset about her leap pad being lost - praying to find it - Emma adding "right now" as we were driving in the car - car wash - window wouldn't roll up - looked in spare tire area for extra fuses - found the leap pad - window rolled up on its own without replacing the fuse - (but did have trouble with it a couple more times, so we replaced the fuse just in case)

28. children's growth in seeking the Lord - Jack's prayer the other night "God thank you Mama, Dada, Emma, Mia, Jack. Eat. Now. Scared. Monsters. Emma. Jack. Scared. Amen."

Hopefully, I'll do a better job of tracking these in future years. So many specific prayers had been answered, big and small, it is hard to do any of them justice in a blog post.
